I love sharing credible nutrition content in a way that is practical, accessible and fun using a variety of media platforms, from live recipes demos on YouTube to weighing in on hot topics over the radio. Interviews

I shared some of my story with Shoutout Atlanta, an online magazine that highlights local entrepreneurs. I discuss my journey to becoming a registered dietitian, shifting to a freelance career, and lessons learned along the way. The full article can be accessed here.

YouTube Videos

Recently, I partnered with running coach, Carl Leivers (a.k.a “Coach Carl”) to answer client questions and share nutrition advice. We address weight loss during marathon training, intermittent fasting, fueling for long runs, GI issues and more. Check out the video here.

During the height of the pandemic, I collaborated with Atlanta Track Club to support members during social distancing by creating and filming a series of weekly Lunch & Learns. Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, expensive or involve fancy ingredients. There are plenty of simple, budget-friendly, nutritious items that can easily be incorporated into a healthy eating pattern, such as oats. In this episode, I share several creative ways to enjoy this runner-friendly pantry staple including DIY granola, oat milk, oat flour and my favorite power pancake recipe.

Good Day Atlanta (Fox 5)

As a guest on Fox 5’s morning show “Good Day Atlanta” in September 2016, I demonstrated a simple, colorful grain salad recipe and spoke about the initiatives of Open Hand Atlanta, a community nutrition organization I worked for at the time.

Servings: Kitchen With a Cause

I shared one of my “go to” one-sheet pan recipes while discussing the community impact of Open Hand Atlanta in April 2017 on Douglas County TV’s “Servings: Kitchen With A Cause,” a show highlighting the work of local non-profits while cooking.
